Dear Honey, How do I get my picky kid to eat healthier?
Dear Caring Mom, Children tend to like sweet and salty foods. Try sweet potatoes, carrots and acorn squash for vegetables. Broccoli and string beans are probably not going to work. Make sure the fruit you give your child is ripe because it is sweeter. These are all healthy foods. Try this routine. I have a grandson that would not eat. He was so thin and sickly. Now he is a hunk! Care about the situation but don’t stress.
