Good for you! I do too. My choices for smoothie ingredients fall into two categories: fruits and vegetables. In my smoothie I always add a kale leaf (cut out the vein in the middle), a banana (for sweetness) and a teaspoon of chia seeds. I also buy frozen, unsweetened strawberries and blueberries and spring of mint to keep in the refrigerator. When the mood hits, I have a field day and raid my refrigerator! Fruit smoothie one day. Vegetable smoothie the next. I love this website, which offers over 50 great smoothie recipes! Enjoy!
