We made it to August, darling. It’s been hot, but I am so grateful for my health and the health of my family. As well, I love waking up early to walk America through downtown Chicago and enjoy the sound of the birds and the sunlight.
I love taking care of myself, journaling and thinking of how I am grateful every day.

Daily Qigong Routine
One of our lovely GRANDwomen on my private Facebook group, GRANDWomen with Moxie, mentioned that she was obsessed with Qigong. So, I went and looked it up and thought about what a great routine this is for older women and men, as well as young people! I came upon this great video on YouTube and thought I would share it.
