Darlings, what a week it has been! I have been hard at work packing up our home in California and traveling back to Chicago. It’s been emotional, but I’m also so grateful for the journey.

The Dolce&Gabbana Women’s Spring Summer 2021

Fashion week in Milan is alive and well this year despite it all. So, I wanted to share one of the runway shows from Dolce&Gabbana. Look at the colors, the Sicilian patchwork, the patterns! Just beautiful! Even if you don’t buy or shop these types of brands, I think we can all admire the sheer artwork of it all.

Perfect Long Weekend Destinations

Most of us are yearning to travel, especially with the fall foliage in full effect. I came across Town & Country’s article for “Perfect Long Weekend Destinations Just Outside New York City” and it got me thinking, we should all be taking trips just outside of our own cities!

Of course, stay safe, but look into where you can go and what you can experience not far from home. I have a feeling you will love what you find and experience!

I suppose my mind has been on fashion a lot lately because of all the fashion shows… and because I just love fashion and style. It is our way of showing our personality and our vibrancy. You can change it whenever you want, and it will always make you feel like a new and better version of yourself!
