I hope you all enjoyed a great last week of May. My trip to Moscow has been a delight! I can’t wait to get back to my beautiful Chicago and see what this new summer brings. I hope you all are ready for hot weather, summer vacations and fun!

Retirement on a Cruise Ship?

Oh darlings, I found this interesting article and I thought it to be so fun to share. You know I love to travel and I do love a good cruise, but this lovely woman Lee Wachtstetter, has turned a cruise ship into her very own retirement home!

I never thought of it before, darlings but isn’t it a marvelous idea?

The article reads:

“The day before my husband died of cancer in 1997, he told me, ‘Don’t stop cruising.’ So here I am today living a stress-free, fairy-tale life,” (Lee) Wachtstetter told USA Today. And she’s not the only one. Wachtstetter is part of a growing trend: Senior citizens are ditching retirement homes for luxury cruise ships in their golden years.
