Happy Last Week of February!
Darlings, March is upon us! Can you believe it? I know I can’t. Time really does go by quickly as we age. Remember as children when time used to crawl right on by?
We must learn to embrace life, move forward and keep going no matter what. I know that every day I wake up with a grateful heart, a smile on my face and a positive attitude.
That is the best way to live a full and happy life!
Now, it’s time for some Weekend Musings.
Another Fun Workout For 50+ Women
Last week we found a lovely and fun dance video. Did any of you try it out?
I love working out by taking long walks, boxing and lifting some light weights. This week, I found a great video that helps women after 50+ lose weight, stay in shape and keep a smile on your face while you’re doing it!
This one is all about circuits and strength training. Enjoy!
The Best Books of February
My Darlings, you know I love a good book. Well, if you’re looking for some of the best reads this past month, look no further than this list put together by Town & Country Magazine.
They describe the books they chose best:
“This month, dive into a smart, offbeat novel about how to navigate the end of the world, enjoy a debut novel that turns the classic bildungsroman on its head, try a gossipy history of 20th century Hollywood’s most famous film, devour a new take on the first American president, tear through an award-winning author’s latest doorstop of a novel, or revisit a classic that’s turning 100 this year but might never have felt so relevant.”
Happy reading!
The Best 2020 Oscar Looks
Chanel, Oscar de la Renta, Louis Vuitton, Oh my! What a night on the Red Carpet of the Oscars a couple of weeks ago. There were so many lovely looks for the eye to gaze upon. And let’s talk about all those jewels!
I especially adored, Natalie Portman in Dior and Caitriona Balfe in stunning pink and black Valentino.
Take a look at some of the great looks and tell me your favorites, Darlings!
